ONTARIO GOVERNMENT BUILDING, PORCUPINE, ONTARIO

Project: Study to determine best approach to upgrade emergency power system for a large government complex. Following the study, we were awarded the contract to prepare the detailed design for the a 1,000 KW diesel genset which we are 95% complete as of November 3, 2004.

GREATER SUDBURY HYDRO EMERGENCY POWER
Client: Greater Sudbury Hydro
Project: 500 kW diesel gen-set with drop over walk-in enclosure. Provided engineering services for all disciplines and construction management.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT BACK UP EMERGENCY POWER
Client: Village of Burks Falls
Project: 75 kW diesel gen-set with drop over walk-in enclosure. Provided engineering services for all disciplines and construction management.

PERMANENT EMERGENCY POWER
Client: City of Greater Sudbury
Project: Prime consultants for 16 sewage lift stations retrofitted with diesel gen-sets ranging in size from 30-150 kW including new insulated concrete foam block buildings. We provided total project management from conception to construction including the Ministry of Environment C of A application.

PIONEER MANOR
Client: City of Greater Sudbury
Project: New 1000 kW gen-set including remote insulated concrete foam block buildings. Total project management from construction to conception.

WALFORD ROAD LIFT STATION EMERGENCY POWER, SUDBURY
Client: City of Greater Sudbury
Project: 300 kW emergency power supply for a critical sewage lift station and new automation and telemetry system.

PIC RIVER FIRST NATION, PIC RIVER
Client: CDCD Engineering Ltd.
Project: Major modifications to water treatment plant including ventilation, standby diesel gen-set, new water intake arrangements, PLC's and automation.

LITTLE CURRENT RECREATION CENTRE

Project: 50 kW diesel gen-set with weatherproof enclosure.

EMERGENCY POWER PHASE 1
Client: Laurentian University
Project: Prime consultants for a campus wide emergency power upgrade and retrofit including new 300 kW and 150 kW gen-sets.

SUDBURY CALL CENTRE
Client: Teletech, Denver, Colorado
Project: 40,000 sq.ft. call centre in the City Centre Shopping Mall. Services included 70 tons of heating and cooling, 500 voice and data cable drops, 800 kW standby generator and 5000 gallon fuel tank, 300 kW battery back up, (UPS), 1600 Amp, 600 Volt service and automatic sprinkler systems. Scheduling was a challenge for this project since the Owner had an extremely tight deadline to meet.
